Steps for Auction Procurement
1. Identify potential donors
- If appropriate, find out where to direct request
2. Mail letter & donation form
- Contact WWTA office to keep a record of potential donors you've contacted
3. Follow-up with phone call within seven to ten business days
- If you cannot follow up, contact WWTA
