Scouting stop after the meeting with the Port of S Scouting stop after the meeting with the Port of Skamania was at the Spring Creek Hatchery State Park, a beautiful location! The wind had continued to pick up from the morning and so more people were out enjoying it. This could be a good put in for a kayak trip down river ending at the Port of Skamania, the Fairgrounds or  Beacon Rock.
