We were very sad to hear of the untimely passing of Tom Starr. He was a former board member and secretary on the executive committee.
Tom was an enthusiastic outdoorsman and kayaker who was just working at the recent Paddlefest as a safety boater.
We have had various interactions with Tom in different venues, personal and professional, and loved his zest. He was a very warm and friendly person who will be missed.
