Learning, Leadership and Feedback Styles

Join Andree Hurley as she presents a workshop on Learning, Leadership and Feedback Styles for Trips and Groups!

Do you manage or participate in group trips (or just groups)? Have you often wondered why one of the participants is intent on doing what they are doing no matter what they are told? Why some people seem to pick-up more quickly on what you are teaching?

This course is designed to help you figure this out. We will discuss learning, leadership and feedback styles and how they integrate with one another.

Andree draws her experience from 30 years guiding wilderness trips, followed by 10 years as an instructor trainer and educator with the American Canoe Association. She is currently the President and Acting Executive Director of Washington Water Trails, and a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Bain.
