Hello all - we are currently locked-out of Mailchimp and so are putting out the message here that we are extending the Membership Drive through Monday. Why? Because we will be at the Port Townsend Wooden Boat Festival and hope to gain new members, and we have two new kayaks in the raffle, including this lovely Current Designs Caribou! We hope many of you see this while we wait (another 48 hours?) for Mailchimp to finish determining why we have a compliance issue. #membershipdrive #woodenboatfestival #mailchimp

It’s a good day to do a little work! Picked up two kiosks from Michael’s house, who helped build and store them, and delivered to Kopachuck, State Park and Ranger Clazie. Next, they will be transported to Penrose and Joanna Beach… It takes a village!

Did you know we’ve been helping to beautify the 24th Ave. Street End along the Lakes to Locks Trail? Thanks to Groundswell, Ballard Rotary, Club, and others. We’ve removed the blackberries and planted sunflowers and other perennials. One of us is also adopted the Street and And is keeping an eye out for trash. It’s a beautiful place to put in on Salmon Bay. #24thAvenueStreetEnd #LakesToLocksTrail #WashingtonWaterTrails #groundswell #BallardRotaryClub
