Clean-up 24th Ave NW Shoreline Street End

Location: 24th Ave NW Street End Park, just past Pacific Fisherman shipyard on the ship canal
Calling all club members and their family and friends to this great clean-up opportunity! Andree Hurley has arranged for our club to clean up the 24th Ave NW Street End Park, removing trash and invasive plants such as blackberries. It is part of the Lakes-to-Locks Water Trail (of the Washington Water Trails), so the improvements will be appreciated by kayakers and paddle boarders traveling the ship canal. The Seattle Department of Transportation will provide a dumpster. Be sure to wear the appropriate gear and bring tools if you have them:
- Loppers or long-handled pruning tools
- Gloves
- Sun protection
- Rakes
- Shovels
