Misery Point Preserve is publicly accessible from both the road and the water. Human-powered watercraft use, hiking on established trails, and wildlife viewing are permitted from dawn to dusk. Dog walking, shellfish harvesting, fishing, motorboats, camping, fires, shooting, fireworks, littering, and brush cutting are prohibited.
